A missing child alert has been issued for two children last seen in Hollywood on Thursday.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said Yaqim-David-Lee Belton, 7, and Shaltiel-Zared-Levi Belton, 3, were last seen Thursday in the area of the 2500 block of Lincoln Street in Hollywood.

Police said the two children may be with Geisha-Geminis-Jacob Hernandez, 39.

Yaqim is described as 4 feet tall and 55 pounds. He has a birth mark on his left forearm.

Police said Shaltiel is 2 feet tall and 35 pounds with a birth mark on his left ankle.

Hernandez is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 200 pounds, police said.
